The nest is very tall with little padding (too deep) -Please note that when I said "cottontail" I meant "cattail." No bunnies were harmed in the making of this video. ;)

Banding Canary Chicks

The Baby Song
All young male Russians sing a babbling baby song for the first 6+ months of life. This little one is moving from his baby song to beginning to put adult notes together, and he shows great potential. In just a few more weeks he will probably be singing the Russian song fluently. Listen closely and you will hear him practicing the notes from the Russian song.

Transitioning from the Baby Song to the Adult Song

The same young male two weeks later. He has almost mastered the Russian canary song. His voice will become louder as he gets older and he will also sing the notes more fluently, but he is already singing well.
